About the NAC

The National Alumni Council (NAC) is a sponsored organization of UNCF - United Negro College Fund, founded in 1946 to foster, influence, strengthen, and safeguard the existence of historically black colleges and universities. Its mission is to raise funds for UNCF institutions, assist in recruiting students, recruit other alumni, and encourage special interest groups to support minority higher education.

Purpose of NAC Conference

Provides networking, motivational and educational opportunities for minority students, pre-alumni, UNCF staff, member institutions and current and potential supporters of HBCU's and increase educational opportunities for minority students.

The presentations at the conference will be designed to establish a climate conducive to collegiality and information exchange.  It will directly increase annual support to the UNCF campaign.

The target audiences are students and student organizations, alumni, the Inter Alumni Councils, Pre-Alumni Councils, college presidents and UNCF supporters.
